Quality perhaps is the most important word of the current millennium. Not just from the point of view of manufacturing or service or consumers, but in all walks of life. Today we not only look for quality in healthcare, quality in service provided by govt. departments, we also look for quality of communication, quality of human relation, even quality of prayer meetings. However, though we look for quality and expect it, we practice it differently in different disciplines under different situations. This organization has been promoted to provide a common platform to all such quality drivers and practitioners to work towards and fulfill our Aims & Objectives.

The World Quality Week was celebrated on Sunday, 16th November 2025 at Hotel Suba International, Mumbai.  The theme of this year’s event was “Quality: Think Differently”.
