Quality Forum
celebrated the World
Quality Day on 10 November 2016,
through a Seminar focused on the theme ‘
Operational
Governance
’. There
were two prominent speakers on this
occasion.

Karkhanis,
Principal Consultant, Multiknack Consultancy
Services, Mumbai
spoke on
“
Operational
due
diligence - a new paradigm".

K Singh, Deputy General Manager, Quality
Management System, Indofil Industries Limited,
Thane
spoke on
"
Risk
management
using FMEA
".
G. Natarajan, Chairman welcomed the Speakers, members and invitees and briefed them about the significance of the World Quality Day. He also introduced the speakers and conducted the seminar. P.P. Ramakrishnan, Managing Committee member proposed a vote of thanks to all concerned. There were 38 participants, comprising members and invitees from both manufacturing and service industries, who attended the function. |
